Numbers 33:51-52 – "[51] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan ; [52] then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places :"

Comment: God commanded the children of Israel to destroy all the graven images, and all the idols, and all the images of false gods depicted on walls. Today, in America, and around the world, movies, TV shows, and other videos display entertainment and steal time from God. Today, entertainment takes a huge amount of time out of people’s schedules. It is a god that people serve around the world.

Psalm 101:3 – "[3] I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes : I hate the work of them that turn aside ; it shall not cleave to me."

Comment: The psalmist declared that he would not look at anything beliyaal (i.e. evil, worthless, unprofitable, naughty, ungodly, or wicked). The Hebrew word, in this verse, for wicked is (Strong’s # 1100) beliyaal. It means: “… without profit, worthlessness; … wickedness … Belial, evil, naughty, ungodly …, wicked.” (From: Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance.) If what we are watching or viewing is beliyaal, we must turn it off and repent.

How America Now Resembles the Aztec Empire

There were different factors that brought about the end of the Aztec Empire. The foremost factor was their bloodshed culture. Thousands of innocent victims were murdered in human-sacrifice rituals to honor the gods of the Aztecs. Consequently, tribes which had lost family members to the murderous Aztec religion were willing to assist Hernán Cortés in fighting their oppressive overlords. With the assistance of the disgruntled native people, Cortés was able to bring a quick end to the Aztec Empire.

In this article, we will see how America is following, to some degree, in the footsteps of the Aztecs. That may sound very strange to you, but please bear with me as we examine some factors that led to the demise of the Aztec Empire. We will attempt to show how these are related to America.

Aging Population

Mercer, the largest human-resources consulting firm in the world, has declared that the “… UK FACES SEVERE WORKFORCE CRISIS BY 2025”. Mercer has stated on its website that there will be “… a perfect storm of falling net migration driven by Brexit and an ageing population, will lead to a severe shortage in the UK labour market.” (Mercer) [End quote].

The labor force of the United Kingdom is going to decrease so much so that companies “… will face significant costs trying to attract workers with the leadership and skills….” (See “Mercer” in the Works Cited section.) [End quote]. The lack of working age people is due to the fact that UK citizens have had very few children compared to past generations. Fewer working age people means less money to go into the economy and into the social security system. This is a big problem for Britain. But, it’s also a problem for many countries in the world.
