The Jersey Devil and Winged Humanoids or Winged Demons — The Nature of Strange Creatures and Encounters with the Unexplained or Paranormal
For many years people have been encountering strange beings that take on a variety of forms. They often appear at night or in the twilight and they behave in ways unlike any known animal. Some have feet that resemble human feet, only much larger. Others fly with bat-like wings. Many have red, glowing eyes. What are these creatures? Are they animals? Are they aliens? Are they spirits? Are they purely fictional? Or, are they something else entirely? THE JERSEY DEVIL For hundreds of years, a cryptid creature (or creatures) was (were) seen in the thick, mostly uninhabited forests of New Jersey, called the "pine barrens." It is a region of the state consisting of thickets, evergreen trees, ponds, and dense undergrowth. Strange creatures collectively called the "Jersey Devil" were reportedly seen by thousands of people for over 250 years in the state of New Jersey and mostly in the pine barrens.

Bigfoot (Sasquatch), Paranormal Creatures, Bigfoot Attacks — The Nature of the Bigfoot
For many years people have been encountering strange, tall beings that walk on two legs like a man and appear completely covered in thick hair or fur. Bizarrely, their feet resemble human feet, only much larger. What are these creatures? Are they animals? Are they aliens? Are they spirits? Are they purely fictional? Or, are they something else entirely? In this article, we will relate a Bigfoot attack and look into the true nature of this creature. SASQUATCH (BIGFOOT) SIGHTINGS
Native Americans from British Columbia and throughout the United States have spoken of a mysterious, ape-like, man-like beast they call the Esti Capcaki, Atahsaia, Ot ne yar heh, and other names. But, the most well-known are sasquatch and Bigfoot.
The tall, hairy creature has been described by many people as being about 6 to 9 feet in height, weighing about 800 pounds (maximum), and walking on two feet ("Mysterious Ape ..."). It has been heard to let out a loud, chilling call. People have described it as being ape-like or man-like and covered in thick fur. Some sasquatch appear to be shy. But, others are more aggressive and have been known to throw stones at buildings, chase people, and vandalize cabins. Attack in Vancouver Island One night in 2004, Ted Story (or Ted Storey) was sleeping in his motor home in the densely-forested Strathcona Provincial Park, which is located in the middle of Vancouver Island. (Source: Monster Quest: Mysterious Ape Island.) Regarding the sasquatch creature, Ted said: "I thought it was a myth or—[I] had no belief in any of that at all. That night, it made me a believer." ("Mysterious Ape ...") He was woken from sleep by a sudden and unexpected event. Ted said: "All of a sudden, the motor home shook violently. It listed 30 degrees or so. I would anticipate that the tires just about came off the ground." Something large and having immense strength was rocking the motor home, standing right outside his window.
The Story of King David's Kindness to Mephibosheth // God's Love for Mephibosheth and Us -- 2 Samuel 9
Abba Father God treats us (who believe on Jesus) with the same kind of kindness that David had for Mephibosheth, and even better. Imagine God the Father is speaking to you in a way similar to how King David spoke to Mephibosheth, who was lame in his feet. But, God's love is far greater than the love any man or woman could ever have. Mephibosheth, a son of Jonathan, wrongfully felt that he was worse than the lowest animal in Middle-Eastern society, a scavenger dog. But, David didn't think so because God put love in David's heart for Mephibosheth. If David, who was not perfect, could love and care for a needy person and exalt him to a place of closeness and fellowship, certainly God the Father will do the same for anyone who looks to Him and seeks to know Him better.
David restored Mephibosheth's land. And, David gave him food, a place to call home; friendship; fellowship; and a position as a son. God does the same for us, and even much better. ➠ ➠ ➠If you would like to know Abba God the Father and Jesus Christ (God the Son), and be saved from sin, click here to read more.

9:1 And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?
Seven Points About Abba Father God That We Believers Need to Hold Onto
1.Abba Father God loves us with everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and He is the One who sent Jesus to the earth to pay for our sins (John 6:38-40).
2. God the Father suffered to see the torment Jesus went through for the sins of the human race and to see the suffering of mankind. (John 10:30).
3. Jesus is the Judge of the human race. (John 5:22-23).
4. We need to realize that God the Father is for us (He desires what is best for us), and deeply loves us, and cares for us very deeply, since we are His dear children. (John 16:17, Psalm 103:13).
5. We also need to remember that Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit (together, the Trinity of God) dwell within the spiritual heart of everyone who has made Jesus Christ his (or her) Savior and Lord. (John 14:23).
There are some things we believers need to hold onto (and I know this very much).
(1.)One is that Abba Father God loves us with everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and He is the One who sent Jesus to the earth to pay for our sins (John 6:38-40).He is One God, as we Christians all know, (1 John 5:7 [KJV]) and He also sufferedwhen Jesus died on the cross.
"[38.] For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of himthat sent me. 39. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."
1 John 5:7[KJV] says: "[7] For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."
Jesus, in John 10:30, said: "I and my Father are one."
Mary Byrne's 1905 English Translation of "Be Thou My Vision"
Can Be Our Prayer to God or Our Statement of Faith
Mary Byrne's English translation (from 1905) of "Be Thou My Vision" is very powerful when you pray it to God. It was an old Irish song of worship from hundreds of years ago. We don't know who exactly wrote it. But, some think it could have been influenced by Patrick of Ireland, who God used to bring Christianity to that island nation.
Worshiping God with music is very powerful and moving. I was thinking that we could read the text of "Be Thou My Vision" but substitute "You are" in place of Be thou" to make it a statement of praise. Or, we can leave it as "Be thou" and use it as a prayer to God. Personally, I like both options.
Another way of looking at this is to use this old Irish hymn as both praise and prayer. We want God to be our vision, our focus, our delight. But, we can thank Him that He is our shelter and our Father, for instance. (Also, we could change "King of the seven heavens" to "High King of Heaven".) We have Mary Byrne's translation below. __________________________________ Be thou my vision O Lord of my heart None other is aught but the King of the seven heavens. Be thou my meditation by day and night. May it be thou that I behold even in my sleep. Be thou my speech, be thou my understanding. Be thou with me, be I with thee

[2] Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." [End quote]
Some people are mistaken about their interpretation of Hebrews 12:1-2. They say that we Christians are literally surrounded by the spirits of people such as Moses and Elijah, but that is not what Hebrews 12 is teaching. This verse is speaking figuratively about how the believers who have gone up to Heaven have lived. They lived by faith and overcome the enemy through God's power. Their lives are an inspiration to us and a witness of how God's power operates through our faith.
The Creator of the Catholics Is Love, for that Is His Name
Dear Catholic or Eastern Orthodox adherent, I am writing to you today, as a Protestant, because I care about you and I am praying for you. God is our loving Creator and Father, and He desires to have close, personal, intimate fellowship with each one of us. He has no favorites (Romans 2:11). Like the father of the prodigal son embracing his wayward son, who returned to him (in Luke 15:11-32), so also does God the Father embrace those who turn to Him. Did the father of the prodigal son punish his son for living in sin and wasting his inheritance? Absolutely not!
("For God so loved the world..." John 3:16. Click for source.)
When the prodigal son returned to his father, his father saw him in the distance and ran to meet him, embracing him. Then, the father made a feast for his son and celebrated that his wayward son had returned to him. That is what God does when one repents from his (or her) sins, and trusts only in the blood of Jesus Christ to save him from his sins, and to make him justified (just as if I never sinned) by his (or her) faith alone in Jesus alone (see Romans 5 and Romans 4:1-9). Let's go to the Bible itself for what we believe about God. Jesus said these words in Matthew 4:4: "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."
