The Jersey Devil, Mothmen, Sasquatch (Bigfoot), the Bat-Man (or Man-Bat) -- Paranormal Creatures, Cryptids, and Demons Exposed (PART 2 of 2)
For many years people have been encountering strange beings that take on a variety of forms. They often appear at night or in the twilight and they behave in ways unlike any known animal. Some have feet that resemble human feet, only much larger. Others fly with bat-like wings. Many have red, glowing eyes. What are these creatures? Are they animals? Are they aliens? Are they spirits? Are they purely fictional? Or, are they something else entirely? Below are the sections of this second part: 4. THE NATURE OF THE JERSEY DEVIL AND OTHER PARANORMAL CREATURES 5. SASQUATCH (BIGFOOT) SIGHTINGS CONCLUSION of Part 2 of 2 [Read Part 1 of 2 here at this link.] 4. THE NATURE OF THE JERSEY DEVIL AND OTHER PARANORMAL CREATURES

BATMAN – Prince of
Darkness (Exposing the Batman Character)
The Batman franchise had its beginning in 1939 when Bob Kane came up with what he called "the Bat-Man." This character and the Batman franchise has impacted the globe and has raked in many billions of dollars of retail and movie ticket sales. Children around the world enjoy playing with Batman toys, reading Batman comics, and watching Batman cartoons and movies. But, are the Batman character and his adventures innocent entertainment? Or, do they bring across a dark message? Let's look at the Batman character. Interestingly, Dennis O'Neil (a writer and former editor of DC Comics) said: "His [Batman's] iconography is that of a demon." (See "The Replacement..." in Works Cited | 52:00). The Original Batman Design - A Winged Bat-Man
According to The Steranko History of Comicsby Jim Steranko:
... Bob Kane created "the Bat-Man." Collaborator Bill Finger recalled "Kane had an idea for a character called 'Batman', and he'd like me to see the drawings. I went over to Kane's, and he had drawn a character who looked very much like Superman with kind of ... reddish tights, I believe, with boots ... no gloves, no gauntlets ... with a small domino mask, swinging on a rope. He had two stiff wings that were sticking out, looking like bat wings. And under it was a big sign ... BATMAN.' [End quote.] (See "DC Comics Encyclopedia.") Kane's original artwork of a man with bat-like wings strangely resembles bizarre sightings of a mysterious, bat-like, humanoid creature, which were seen years later. But, unlike Kane's original "Bat-Man," these winged creatures were entirely black in color.
